Faced with a sick child, I realized that the answers I was seeking weren’t found in conventional medicine. That journey became my turning point. I delved deeply into the study of natural healing, becoming a Master Herbalist, Sports Medicine expert, and Holistic Nutritionist, determined to uncover the solutions that traditional medical practice wasn’t discussing.

Over the past 16+ years, I’ve helped countless families discover the transformative power of addressing root causes instead of masking symptoms. Today, I’m known as “Dr. Mom”—an advocate for health freedom, a best-selling author, and a guide for those ready to reclaim their wellness.
